The forum is the ninth year of a collaboration between the FSR Energy Law and Policy Area and Bundesnetzagentur, the German regulatory office which is designed to provide a platform for debate and exchange on the most prevalent regulatory issues currently facing the energy sector, with a particular focus on the issues facing national regulatory authorities.
This year the programme will be divided into three sessions, with discussion concentrating on the issues surrounding the new market rules and the new governance rules proposed by the Commission’s Clean Energy Package and the forthcoming challenges to the security of gas supply in terms of infrastructure and gas quality.
